Uroradik started in Kuala Lumpur from a simple observation: many men after forty talk about night waking and the shame that it must be “too much water”. Often it is kopi at 20:00, a beer with the last episode, and eight hours in a chair.

We are not a clinic. We put together three things you can do at home: a short pelvic-floor session, an herbal cup instead of a third espresso, and recipes that do not pretend to be a miracle.
