The Uroradik online shop is operated by Uroradik Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur. Sales are within Malaysia.

Orders are placed only through a request on the product page. Sending a request is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm by email.

Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM) and include SST where applicable. Payment is cash on delivery. Shipping and COD fees are shown on the request form.

We ship after acceptance. Our shop policy allows a 14-day return as described on the returns page, subject to the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
