Returns

You may return unused goods within 14 days of receiving the parcel, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@uroradik.com or by post.

Send the goods to: Uroradik Sdn. Bhd., Unit 12-03, Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur. You pay the return shipping unless the goods were defective.

We refund the COD amount by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the notice and the goods.

The right does not apply if you have opened goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after the seal is broken — this includes the Kegel Trainer after the hygiene seal is removed.

Sample wording: I, [name], withdraw from the contract dated [date] concerning [product].
